NOTE: BRIDG SCC acknowledges that there are two ways to represent the relationship between a study protocol and a document that is cited by the study protocol:  1) use the StudyProtocolVersion to StudyReference association; 2) use the StudyProtocolVersion #gt; StudyProtocolDocumentVersion #gt; DocumentVersionRelationship associations. The first is more direct and uses domain terminology, while the second is more consistent with other document-to-document associations. The SCC hopes to clarify this ambiguity in a future release when a project dealing with publications or a related area comes to harmonization.<br/>
